Designation - PSE (Passenger Service Executive)

Job Role :

1. Proactive assistance to passengers
2. Management of information desks by providing all the information/directions required to any passenger for smooth travel
3. Updating the Queue Management System (QMS) for coach timings
4. Coordination with Terminal Operations team and Trolley/Coach Supervisors for trolleys and inter-terminal coach availability
5. Assistance with wi-fi connectivity if required by a traveler
6. Keeping a daily record of all the information resolved and unresolved for improvements
7. Updating the reporting manager regarding any issue for immediate action
8. Should be proficient with all the information within and outside the terminal to assist diligently

This is a shift based job (12 hour shift - both day & night - rotational)

This role will be on one year contract basis (renewable).

Education - HSC passed / Graduate

CTC - Rs 1.5 lacs p.a.
